All ELEVARE products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD to the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

ELEVARE is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and must be paid by the recipient.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been submitted to production, we cannot change the shipping address.
If you need to change your address after placing an order but before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once production has begun.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments.
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date.
