Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All ELEVARE products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place your order.

  • Production Time: 2-5 business days
  • Quality Check: 1 business day
  • Total Processing: 3-6 business days before shipping

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping method selected
  • Total weight and dimensions of your order

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD to the United States.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Customs Delays: Packages may be held by customs for inspection, which can delay delivery
  • Address Requirements: Some countries require specific address formats or additional information

ELEVARE is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and must be paid by the recipient.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • Australia
  • Select other countries

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or building management. If still not found, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

8. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been submitted to production, we cannot change the shipping address.

If you need to change your address after placing an order but before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once production has begun.

9. Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments.

10. Holidays and Peak Seasons

During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date.

We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates, even with express shipping.
